Research Directions:

1) Early patterning and nuclear reprogramming of differentiated nucleus by using zebrafish as an animal model.

2) High-efficient gene targeting platform in fish system.

3) Directional genetic improvement of commercially important fishes based on gene manipulation, PGC manipulation and genome editing methods.

4) Collection, maintenance and utilization of zebrafish resources.
