简历:

葛峰,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师, 中国科学院“百人计划”(2010)入选者。山东大学学士,中科院武汉病毒所硕士,新加坡国立大学博士。中国科学院水生生物研究所水生生物蛋白质组学科组组长,多年来从事功能蛋白质组学领域相关的研究工作,在定量蛋白质组学、蛋白相互作用组学、蛋白质的翻译后修饰及其定量等研究领域取得了一系列成果,已在PNASPlant Cell, Molecular and Cellular Proteomics, Journal of Proteome Research等国际专业杂志发表SCI 论文50 多篇。担任Journal of Integrated Omics Current Proteomics等国际专业杂志编辑(Associate Editor)。作为课题负责人承担有国家973项目的课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中科院领域前沿等多项课题研究。目前的研究兴趣主要集中在(1) 蛋白质翻译后修饰组学及其表观遗传调控机制 (2) 非编码RNA与蛋白质相互作用网络及其调控机制 (3)蛋白基因组学(Proteogenomics)及其分析软件的开发.
