简历:

  2001年于中国科学院水生生物研究所(中科院水生所)获博士学位。20017月至20029月在中科院水生所先后任助理研究员和副研究员;20021月至6月在英国阿伯丁大学(University of Aberdeen)做访问研究;200210月至200310月在阿伯丁大学从事博士后研究;20043月至20052月在美国新墨西哥大学(University of New Mexico)从事博士后研究;20053月至20112月在美国宾夕法尼亚大学(University of Pennsylvania)先后从事博士后研究和研究助理工作;20113月起任中科院水生所研究员、博导、学科组长,同年入选中组部青年千人计划和中科院百人计划;现任中国水产学会鱼病学专业委员会副主任委员、农业部水产养殖病害防治专家委员会委员、湖北省特聘专家。 

  长期从事鱼类免疫学基础研究和鱼类病害的免疫预防研究,主持了国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)课题、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、武汉东湖新技术开发区“3551光谷人才计划等科研项目,在Nature ImmunologyJournal of ImmunologyJournal of VirologyAntimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy等学术期刊上发表论文60余篇。 


研究方向:

1.鱼类免疫反应的应用基础研究,如鱼类干扰素的抗病毒机制和调节性淋巴细胞的抑炎机理;2. 鱼类主要病害的免疫预防研究,如草鱼出血病和罗非鱼链球菌病的口服基因工程疫苗;3. 发育与比较免疫学的理论研究,如脊椎动物补体活化分子的结构和功能演化规律。
