简历:

李敦海,男,博士,博士研究生导师,中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员,水环境工程研究中心藻类环境生物学学科组组长。

1995年7月毕业于兰州大学生物系植物生理学专业,获理学学士学位;2000年7月毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所水生生物学专业,获理学博士学位,同年留所参加工作。自2000年7月至今,历任中国科学院水生生物研究所助理研究员、副研究员和研究员(期间,于2000.10-2001.4在法国图卢兹第三大学作博士后研究工作)。

至2018年,已在相关领域发表论文190余篇,其中SCI收录论文90余篇。获得“环境保护科学技术奖”一等奖1项,二等奖2项;湖北省自然学二等奖1项。获得授权的发明专利10余项,其中“一种生物固定流沙和修复荒漠化土地的复合方法”获得第十五届中国专利优秀奖。

 

    主要学术成绩:

1、水华蓝藻异常增殖和适应竞争的生物学机制研究。发现缺氮情况下鱼腥藻受UVB辐射胁迫后可发生超补偿生长,进而警示在相对洁净的水体固氮丝状蓝藻可成为优势种的可能性;揭示了产毒微囊藻在富营养化水体中通过其所产毒素的化感效应而在竞争上占优势,而不产毒的惠氏微囊藻更能适应于低磷水平;微囊藻毒素可引起植物细胞的凋亡和抗氧化系统变化,据此进一步推断微囊藻通过产毒而具有竞争优势;发现微囊藻群体的粒径大小受季节影响,且不同大小的群体具有色补偿效应和不同生理活性,推测微囊藻通过调节群体尺寸以维持竞争优势;发现了微囊藻的一条高非光化学淬灭途径,因此微囊藻可以适应较高的光强从而在竞争上处于优势。

2、微囊藻水华衰退过程与驱动机制研究。首次提出并证明了微囊藻水华的衰退过程主要有三条途径即群体解聚、群体沉降和群体内细胞降解,并明确界定了微囊藻水华衰退过程的4个主要特征;证实营养盐耗竭和高光强可导致微囊藻水华衰退,提出了用叶绿素荧光参数作为微囊藻水华衰退的生理指标;提出了磷缺乏是导致微囊藻水华衰退的诱因之一的假说,并证明磷缺乏导致的类囊体膜流动性降低是微囊藻水华衰退的原因之一;发现秋后降雨可加速微囊藻水华衰退过程的现象,并证明降雨导致水体的低温度、低溶氧和机械冲击是致使微囊藻水华衰退的驱动因素;首次引入了一个生态位模型,用以预测微囊藻水华的衰退趋势。

3、荒漠生物土壤结皮生理生态学研究。发现苔藓结皮的固氮活性恢复模式不同于藻结皮和藻-藓混合结皮;首次发现荒漠苔藓结皮中附生固氮蓝藻发挥主要的固氮作用,这些附生固氮蓝藻具有极强的异养固氮能力,苔藓可能通过为固氮生物提供光合产物促进固氮作用;发现非降雨水分是荒漠生物土壤结皮的有效水分来源,非降雨水分能够维持结皮生物存活,减缓干旱胁迫。


研究方向:
