简历:

  孙永华,1976年生,博士、中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员、博士生导师、鱼类发育与生物技术学科组组长、国家斑马鱼资源中心主任。中国动物学会斑马鱼分会副理事长兼秘书长、中国实验动物学会水生实验动物专业委员会常务委员、湖北省遗传学会理事、湖北省实验动物学会常务理事、中国青年科技工作者协会会员、中国科学院青年联合会委员。入选中国科学院青年创新促进会,获首届国家优秀青年科学基金资助,荣获中国科学院卢嘉锡青年人才奖和首届中国水产青年科技奖等奖项。 

  1997年于武汉大学生命科学学院获理学学士学位;2002年于中国科学院水生生物研究所获理学博士学位;20069-20083月获法中科学及应用基金会(FFCSA)奖励在法国国家科研中心IGBMC从事博士后研究,200910-12 月以Visiting Associate Professor身份在美国弗吉尼亚大学进行合作研究。 

  主要从事鱼类卵质和早期发育的分子调控,以及鱼类基因组操作和定向育种研究(Cell Research, 2000; 中国科学,2014)。阐明Smad蛋白在早期胚胎中介导BMP信号通路的网络调控机制(Journal of Biological Chemistry, 2014),发现经典Wnt信号通路的新调控因子Lbx2并阐明其激活Wnt信号活性的分子机制(Nature Communications, 2014);首获转基因鱼的属间克隆鱼,揭示母源因子对克隆鱼发育图式形成的重要作用和克隆鱼败育的分子机制(Biology of Reproduction, 2005; Journal of Physiology, 2014)。建立不依赖于生长激素水平且快速生长的激活型生长激素受体转基因鱼模型(Transgenic Research, 2011, 中国发明专利授权,2013);利用“合成生物学”概念研制首例具有从头合成omega-6omega-3不饱和脂肪酸能力的转基因鱼(Marine Biotechnology, 2014,中国发明专利授权,2016);发现鱼类早期胚胎中广泛存在微同源末端介导的DNA双链断裂修复(MMEJ)机制(Mutation Research, 2015,创制特异高效的鱼类原始生殖细胞操作技术(Marine Biotechnology, 2013),并将之应用于稳定高效的鱼类基因组操作(中国发明专利授权,2015)。在 Nature CommunicationsJournal of Biological ChemistryMutation ResearchBiology of ReproductionCell ResearchJournal of PhysiologyPLoS GeneticsMarine BiotechnologyTransgenic Research以及《中国科学》等国内外学术刊物上发表论文60 余篇。多次作为会议主席或秘书长主持国际性或全国性学术会议,应邀10多次在国际学术会议上作口头报告。主持科技部973 课题、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金、重大研究计划课题和面上项目等一批科研项目。主持建立国家斑马鱼资源中心(http://zfish.cn),将该中心建成国际学术界公认的全球三大斑马鱼资源库之一。
