简历:

  研究员,博士生导师。1984年毕业于山东师范大学,获学士学位;后留学于法国艾克斯马赛第二大学,1989年获博士学位。1989-1991于瑞士苏黎士大学从事博士后研究。1991-1999年任法国斯特拉斯堡市路易巴斯德大学讲师。1999-2015年任法国艾克斯马赛第二大学教授、一级教授级及特级教授。2008-2012年任法国艾克斯马赛第二大学理学院副院长、院长,2012-2015任法国艾克斯马赛大学理学院副院长。2015年加入中国科学院水生生物研究所。

  2008-2014年受聘为英国微生物学会(SGM)杂志 MICROBIOLOGY 副编辑;2007年至今为美国微生物学会(ASM)杂志JOURNAL OF BACTERIOLOGY编委;2012年至今为国务院侨办海外专家委员会委员。

  长期从事原核生物细胞发育、信号传导等基础生物学研究。以蓝细菌为材料,研究了细菌中真核类激酶、磷酸酶的在细胞发育中的生理功能;证明了酮戊二酸(2-OG)是蓝细菌细胞感受缺氮并起始异形胞分化的信号分子;对氮代谢调控全局性转录因子NtcA蛋白晶体结构分析证明NtcA是2-OG的受体,从而解释了2-OG信号传递的机制。
