简历:

葛峰,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师, 中国科学院“百人计划”(2010)入选者。山东大学学士,中科院武汉病毒所硕士,新加坡国立大学博士。中国科学院水生生物研究所水生生物蛋白质组学科组组长,多年来从事功能蛋白质组学领域相关的研究工作,在定量蛋白质组学、蛋白相互作用组学、蛋白质的翻译后修饰及其定量等研究领域积累了丰富的经验,已在Plant Cell, Molecular and Cellular Proteomics, Journal of Proteome ResearchJournal of VirologyExpert Review of Proteomics等国际专业杂志发表SCI 论文40 多篇。担任国际专业杂志Journal of Integrated Omics 编辑(Associate Editor)。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者发表的SCI研究论文有19 篇,论文的平均影响因子大于5 2012年获得第十四届湖北省自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖(J Proteome Res. 2010; (11): 848-58)。作为课题负责人承担有国家973项目的课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中科院领域前沿等多项课题研究。目前的研究兴趣主要集中在 (1) 蛋白质翻译后修饰组学及其表观遗传调控机制 (2) 非编码RNA与蛋白质相互作用网络及其调控机制
