简历:

  童金苟,博士,研究员,博士生导师。1961年出生于湖北武汉新洲区。1982年毕业于中山大学,获学士学位;1990年毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所,获硕士学位,1998年毕业于香港中文大学,获博士学位。1985年以来在中国科学院水生生物研究所工作,从事鱼类遗传学和育种学有关的研究。1993.7-1995.1曾在澳大利亚海洋研究所和皇家墨尔本理工大学大学作访问学者,1999.4-2000.3曾在香港中文大学进行博士后研究。 

  长期以鳙等鱼类为主要对象开展多个层面研究,获得了一批优良的遗传资源和基因组资源,填补了我国“四大家鱼”的一些研究空白,建立了相关的育种技术,为实现鳙等大型鲤科鱼类的遗传改良奠定了坚实基础。相关研究成果多次在鱼类遗传和基因组学方面的国际性学术研讨会上报告 (2012, 国际水产遗传大会XI,美国奥本;2014,国际植物动物和微生物基因组研讨会,新加坡;2015,国际水产遗传大会XII,西班牙圣地亚哥德孔波斯特拉)。承担并完成多项国家级课题;发表SCI收录论文50余篇, 获授权发明专利1项,申请发明专利2项。曾获中国科学院自然科学二等奖(排名第3);兼中国水产学会水产生物技术专业委员会委员,湖北省生物工程学会理事,以及多个省市和国家级科研和学位单位的评审专家或特约专家。
