简历:
1985年毕业于武汉大学生物系遗传学专业,获学士学位,1988年和2000年在中国科学院水生生物研究所获鱼类分子遗传学硕士和博士学位。1988年至今,在中国科学院水生生物研究所工作,历任助理研究员、副研究员和研究员;期间,2002.6-2002.8在新加坡国立大学做访问研究,2004.6-2005.8在美国Auburn大学做访问研究。2002年获第四届“武汉优秀青年科技创新奖”,2004年获国家突出贡献专家特殊津贴。
研究经历:
1. 转基因鱼研究
快速生长转基因鱼:培育获得快速生长转“全鱼”生长激素鲤鱼品系,生长速度提高42%,饵料转化效率提高11%。
抗病转基因鱼:以草鱼出血病病毒外衣壳蛋白VP7基因为靶基因,构建小发卡RNA表达载体,获得抗草鱼出血病转基因稀有鮈鲫。
2. 鱼类基因组学和分子育种研究
构建两个草鱼基因组BAC文库(EcoRI & Hind III),覆盖14.2倍草鱼基因组;构建草鱼头肾和脾脏cDNA文库,测序获得10,000条头肾EST序列,3074个unigene;克隆1,000个草鱼SSR分子标记,和一批免疫相关基因的SNP分子标记。目前正在进行草鱼遗传连锁图谱,以及草鱼生长、饵料转化效率和抗草鱼出血病性状的QTL定位研究。
